Deskripsi Kerja
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly.
- Liaise with marketplace, partners, and corporate clients regarding order fulfillment and delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or retail.
- Strong problem solver, capable of handling stress during complaints.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
