CJ Century Logistics is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to supervise our overseas customer service teams. In this role, you will ensure alignment with company standards while addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues across multiple regions and channels.

Your responsibilities will include streamlining customer service processes for global consistency, coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery, and exploring new business opportunities by maintaining strong customer relationships. You will be required to monitor performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 – RM8,00.00 per month
