Deskripsi Kerja
Duties:
- Manage daily operations of the call center.
- Set performance targets and monitor call quality.
- Conduct capacity planning and identify team training needs.
- Handle escalated inquiries and manage team recruitment.
- Provide reports on call performance.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferred.
- Experience in General/Life Insurance Products.
- 3 years in call center management; 5 years in team management.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM8,00 – RM10,00/month
Schedule: Mon-Fri, Rotational shifts
