Deskripsi Kerja
We are JP Training & Consultancy Asia Pacific, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry and a strong understanding of logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and shipping partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Provide accurate quotations and manage shipment schedules.
- Analyze sales performance metrics for operational improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
