Deskripsi Kerja
We seek a Customer Service Manager to lead our support team, ensuring smooth customer experiences across real-time platform operations. You will manage live-ops KPIs, handle escalations (KYC, payments, transactional discrepancies), monitor platform alerts (wallet sync, PSP routes, bonus triggers), refine SOPs, train agents on CRM and ticketing tools, collaborate on feature releases, and produce performance reports identifying unusual user behavior. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years in customer service with live transaction platforms, Mandarin preferred, willingness to travel or relocate, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Full-time, in-person. Salary RM10,00–RM12,00/month. Benefits include promotional opportunities and professional development.
