Deskripsi Kerja

TT Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to oversee the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L). The ideal candidate will minimize operational costs and enhance productivity by implementing efficient processes. Responsibilities include addressing customer issues, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM8,00.00 to RM11,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.

Preference will be given to candidates with 10 years of logistics customer service experience and proficiency in Chinese.
