Deskripsi Kerja
Beebiesmart Marketing (M) SDN.BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Marketplace Assistant to manage customer inquiries and enhance our online sales operations. Responsibilities include efficiently managing customer service inquiries, resolving issues, ordering packaging materials, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The ideal candidate must possess a basic understanding of sales principles, have a customer-focused approach, and exhibit friendly and engaging personalities. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
