Deskripsi Kerja
Next Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate shipments, and monitor deliveries. You will liaise with operations and drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, manage complaints, and maintain accurate records.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, particularly in Mandarin or Bahasa, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We are looking for full-time candidates, including fresh graduates.
Pay range: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month. This position is in-person at our office.
