Deskripsi Kerja
Provide sales support, qualify leads, handle inquiries, quotations and orders (EDI, smartEDI, eShop, OCR, hard copy), verify data, follow up deliveries, and manage after-sales (complaints, returns, repairs, credits). Promote digital tools and eShop. Require 3+ years customer service/sales in manufacturing or distribution, basic connector knowledge advantageous, strong English, MS Office/reporting skills; SAP desirable. Able to work independently and in a team.
