Deskripsi Kerja

Job Details:

• Understand customer inquiries and respond via applicable channels: calls, email, and chat.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure they are addressed and tracked appropriately.

Job Requirements:

• Effective communication with customers in a friendly manner.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Open to SPM graduates (minimum 1 year in Customer Service) or fresh graduates (Diploma and Degree).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month
