Job Description:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints while ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to enhance customer service efficiency.
- Work with platforms such as CRM Ticketing, Shopee Chat, Lazada Chat, and more.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- Good communication skills; willing to travel to our new location in mid-2025.
