Deskripsi Kerja

IPAO MEDIA is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Handle client inquiries via social media and webmail.
  • Provide solutions for customer complaints and follow up for resolution.
  • Follow up with clients for feedback to improve services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month

Location: Petaling Jaya (Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work)

Experience: 1 year in Customer Care preferred.

Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa and Chinese is preferred.
