Deskripsi Kerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide accurate and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Meet sales targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, offering appropriate solutions and follow-up.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and process accounts.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: Manufacturing Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)

Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
