Deskripsi Kerja
J&T Express (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures to resolve complaints, manage queries via CRM tools and hotline, and ensure a positive client experience.
The ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English is required; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM2,00.00 to RM2,800.00 per month.
