Deskripsi Kerja
Weco Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers regarding order inquiries, website navigation, and product-related issues. The ideal candidate will provide prompt and accurate information while gaining insights into the E-commerce industry within Fashion Retail, along with exposure to Merchandising and Marketing.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer queries through various platforms, assisting with returns and exchanges, and ensuring timely resolutions of customer issues. Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 – RM3,600.00 per month
