Deskripsi Kerja

Myeg Services Berhad is seeking a dedicated individual for the position of Customer Service Operation. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in signing up for new services, handling inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. You will gather customer feedback and maintain a positive, professional image for the company. Excellent customer service and adherence to company policies are mandatory. Staying updated on service knowledge and industry trends is essential.

Requirements: Minimum SPM, immediate availability, and ability to work rotational shifts in locations such as Bukit Bintang, Mid Valley, TRX, or Mont Kiara.

Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
