We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Operations Associate to support daily customer interactions and ensure smooth operational processes.
Responsibilities include handling inbound inquiries in Mandarin and English, resolving issues, updating CRM records, coordinating with logistics and operations teams, and improving service workflows.
Qualifications: fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written), 1+ years in customer service or operations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.
