Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description
- Supplier Management: Handle inquiries regarding payment statuses, provide updates, and resolve discrepancies.
- Payment Processing: Ensure timely invoice processing, verify and prepare payment runs.
- Reconciliation and Reporting: Reconcile statements and prepare payment status reports.
- Vendor Communication: Maintain relationships and escalate issues as needed.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with procurement, finance, and accounting teams.
Requirements: 1 year of experience, proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
