Join Surface Technology Solution Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service & Planning Executive! In this full-time, permanent role, you will collaborate with the business unit and customers to develop an effective demand plan through the Demand Management Process. Your responsibilities will include creating a Master Schedule based on resource analysis, maintaining a feasible production plan, and monitoring revenue forecasts to drive corrective actions when necessary.
You will prepare reports as needed and undertake additional duties assigned by the company. Qualifications include proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa.
