Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a Customer Service Professional (CSP) to join SRG ASIA PACIFIC SDN BHD. The CSP will resolve customer complaints via phone, providing warm greetings and assistance. This position involves rotational shifts and is based at Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral. Requirements include at least an SPM/Diploma, 1 year of sales experience (preferred), and fluency in both Bahasa and English. Key traits include a good attitude, detail-oriented focus, and excellent communication skills. Job Type: Contract for 12 months, with a salary ranging from RM2,00.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, plus benefits such as health insurance and opportunities for advancement.
