Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at AFYAA Setapak. The ideal candidate will follow up on customer inquiries primarily via WhatsApp, engage in sales, and build lasting relationships with customers.

Job Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification, experience in Customer Service/Sales is a plus, a passion for sales, willingness to learn, and fluency in Bahasa Melayu. This is a long-term position.

Benefits: Monday – Friday (9 am – 6 pm), competitive pay up to RM4,00/month, commissions, and professional development.

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Physically and Mentally Healthy
  • Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
  • Minimum Education of High School Diploma
  • Able to Work in a Team
  • Good Communication Skills

  • Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
