The New Role: You will be responsible for specifying and building tools to enhance support quality and efficiency. Tasks include analyzing support workflows, managing team schedules, developing SOPs, and preparing performance reports. Collaboration with product teams to influence service-related product changes is essential, as is assisting in the design of new support channels.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh Graduate
Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00 per month
