Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Kuala Lumpur (KL), accessible by MRT
Salary Package: RM3,00 – RM3,800 (depending on education and experience)
Working Time: 24/7 Shift (Rotating quarterly), 5 days a week with 2 consecutive days off *Hybrid mode possible based on performance
Job Description:
- Enhance customer experience through product knowledge.
- Guide customers to resolve concerns.
- Handle complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Adhere to quality processes to ensure service accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
