Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Agensi Pekerjaan Permit Pro Consultancy Sdn Bhd, you will manage inbound calls, live chats, and emails, addressing customer inquiries and complaints. Your aim is to exceed customer expectations with outstanding service.

Service Areas: Tampoi, Skudai, Taman U, Bukit Indah, Gelang Patah, City Square, Larkin, Mutiara Rini

Benefits: 12 Days Annual Leave, 14 Days Medical Leave

Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months) | Pay: RM1,900.00 – RM3,200.00/month
