Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Liaise with Logistics for timely deliveries.
- Update customers on delivery schedule changes.
- Process purchase orders and prepare invoices.
- Generate quotations and ensure document filing.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration.
- 1 year experience in Order Management/CRM; fresh grads welcome!
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00/month
