Deskripsi Kerja

Agensi Pekerjaan Skillset Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Candidates should have at least a Diploma, 6 months of customer service experience, and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

This role involves resolving customer issues, managing account inquiries, and providing guidance on energy efficiency. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software are required.

Full-time and part-time options available, with a monthly salary of RM2,400.00 to RM2,600.00.
