Deskripsi Kerja

Aisling Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our clients. The role involves attending to inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries related to credit cards.

• No sales or outbound calls required.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Type: 6 Months Contract (Contract to Perm)

Schedule: Monday – Sunday (Rotational, 2 days off)

Location: Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang (Accessible by public transport)

Salary: RM2,600.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
