Deskripsi Kerja
Asia Eye Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Criteria:
- Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (preferred).
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Responsibilities: Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, process insurance, and resolve complaints.
Pay: RM2,500 – RM5,00 per month
