Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Syazna World. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, social media, or meetings
- Managing order intake and planning campaigns to enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborating for marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM/STPM
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, marketing, or sales management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in English
Schedule: Tuesday – Sunday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
