Deskripsi Kerja

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in the banking sector. Your primary role will involve assisting customers with inquiries and providing effective solutions through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key responsibilities include motivating team members and monitoring performance, while ensuring an outstanding client experience that will be measured by specific metrics. All employees are expected to fulfill clients’ needs efficiently.

Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Pay: RM2,600.00 – RM3,00.00 per month

Schedule: Rotational shift

Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience: 1 year in Customer Service (Preferred)
