Deskripsi Kerja
Join BATERIKU (M) SDN BHD as a Customer Service Representative! Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound/outbound calls, live chats, and emails.
- Assisting with customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring follow-up.
- Maintaining good working relationships with the team and departments.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least SPM, Diploma, or higher in any field.
- Fluency in English and Malay (written and spoken) is required.
Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
