Deskripsi Kerja

Cainiao (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage end-to-end domestic logistics operations. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, customs clearance, and addressing customer inquiries, along with maintaining documentation and generating reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM4,00.00 per month. Benefits include free parking and health insurance.
