Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dental.Eee Dental Clinic (Khasab Ventures Sdn Bhd). Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, and managing the reception area.
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and be adaptable to change. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese or Malay is a plus. Experience with business solutions software will be beneficial.
