Deskripsi Kerja

Diksha Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide support via telephone and email related to our products.

Utilizing exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, you will help resolve customer issues and inquiries. Basic probing will be required for software-related questions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM2,600.00 per month

Leave: Annual Leave – 12 Days, Medical Leave – 14 Days
