Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver vacant possession and coordinate with client departments.
- Manage defect complaints and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare monthly reports on vacant possession and defect management.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Computer literate.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, Sat: 8:30 am – 1 pm.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
