Deskripsi Kerja
ROLE: Customer Service – English
NOTE: This position is exclusively for individuals with physical disabilities, specifically OKU CARD Holders.
Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
Salary: RM2400 basic + KPI allowance + Shift Allowance
Joining Date: Immediate
Language: English – Malaysians only
Work Hours: Shift rotation
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support and assistance
- Respond to inquiries using knowledge from training
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Meet performance indicators set by the company
- Handle dissatisfied customers following de-escalation processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
