Join EPS Ventures Sdn Bhd as a Customer Service Representative!
Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Location: Shah Alam
Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
Benefits: 14 days Annual Leave, EPF, SOCSO, Health Insurance, and Performance Bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information and support.
- Maintain records of customer interactions.
Qualifications: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
