EXCEL FREIGHT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Job Description:
The Operations CS Executive will manage customer bookings, coordinate freight logistics, handle invoicing, and perform TMS data management.
Requirements:
- Experience in freight forwarding.
- 1-year experience as a Customer Care Specialist.
- Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required).
- Languages: English and Bahasa (Required), Mandarin is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
