Deskripsi Kerja
Company Background: Service Provider specializing in lorry permit, road tax, and insurance services.
Work Location: Malim, Melaka
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential; our business operates primarily in a Mandarin-speaking market.
- Open to fresh graduates; training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Assist with order tracking and delivery updates.
- Resolve post-purchase complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
