Deskripsi Kerja
Join Fair Work (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Customer Service Representative! You will manage quote & debit reviews, standard order management, and support Customer’s RMA requests while collaborating with Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review quotes and manage order processes.
- Handle Customer’s RMA inquiries.
- Support sample tracking and technical matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years in Customer Operations or Sales.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; Japanese is a plus.
Contract: 6 months | Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00/month | Location: In person.
