Deskripsi Kerja
GD Express Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and handle incoming calls.
- Efficiently process and key in orders.
- Coordinate dispatch and manage pick-up orders.
- Accurately log shipments and perform follow-ups.
- Resolve issues with problem shipments.
Qualifications: SPM or Diploma with at least 1 year in the courier service industry preferred.
Pay: RM1,650.00 – RM2,00.00 per month.
