Deskripsi Kerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact professionally with customers and manage calls.
• Process orders using our Customer Service system.
• Coordinate dispatch and arrange courier pick-ups.
• Log Lodge-In shipments accurately.
• Update customers via the Intranet system.
• Handle pre-alerts and charge requests.
• Resolve shipment issues with shippers.
• Complete daily cash and credit reports.
• Maintain an organized service area.

Qualifications:

• SPM or Diploma with at least 1 year in the courier industry.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Able to multitask independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
