Deskripsi Kerja
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet incoming calls.
- Efficiently process and enter orders.
- Coordinate pick-up orders with couriers.
- Accurately log Lodge-In shipments.
- Provide regular updates to customers.
- Manage reverse charge requests.
- Resolve issues with problem shipments.
- Maintain a tidy customer service area.
Qualifications:
- SPM or Diploma with 1 year of experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a multitasking environment.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM1,650.00 – RM2,00.00/month
