We’re hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English for our team in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. The shift is rotational with a competitive salary starting at RM10,00 plus up to RM400 KPI.
Key responsibilities include managing customer communications professionally, showcasing in-depth product knowledge, and meeting set targets. Candidates must possess at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in airline or booking sectors.
The ideal applicant will be detail-oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be technology adept. A diploma or higher education is preferred.
