Deskripsi Kerja
Glob Pro BrainHunters is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Handle inbound customer calls quickly and efficiently.
- Assist customers with I-Banking sign-ups.
- Ensure proper routing of calls via IVR.
- Maintain accurate contact records.
- Identify customers’ financial needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Ensure all sales pitches are transparent.
Requirements: Graduate / SPM with 2 years of experience, or fresh graduates welcome.
Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
