Artemis Solutions Recruitment Agency is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position.
Job Requirements:
- Min SPM holder
- Prefer immediate starter
- Good speaking skills in English or Mandarin
Job Scope:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone calls
Salary: Up to RM4,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience: 1 year in customer service (Preferred)
Languages: Mandarin and English (Preferred)
