Location: Tmn Kota Laksamana, Melaka

Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers via calls and emails regarding IT product troubleshooting. Responsibilities include checking warranties, providing service cost quotations, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with engineers on customer needs. We seek detail-oriented, hardworking individuals who enjoy communicating with people.
Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
