Deskripsi Kerja

As a Customer Service Representative at JOBBUILDER, you will assist customers via phone and email, answering inquiries and ensuring effective communication. You will also handle data entry related to customer inquiries.

Working Hours: 8 hours (shift)

Qualifications:

• SPM
• Proficient in English or Mandarin
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary: RM 1,900 (up to RM 2,800)

Benefits: Shift, KPI, Transportation allowances, Shuttle service, Temporary accommodation, Annual and medical leave.
