Language Talent Solution is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer experience. You will develop excellent product knowledge, guide customers through their concerns, and handle complaints with appropriate solutions.
Your responsibilities include upselling products and services, ensuring quality processes, and assisting customers from Singapore, Australia, and Bermuda.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent | Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month | Schedule: Rotational shift
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in customer service.
