Deskripsi Kerja
Agensi Pekerjaan Career International FOS Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin to handle incoming inquiries about our products and services. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service across various channels, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to calls, live chats, and emails; identify customer needs; validate customer profiles; provide product information; adhere to established procedures.
Qualifications: Minimum SPM with at least 1 year of experience; fluent in Mandarin and English; basic knowledge of digital products and technical support processes.
Position Details: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, located in KL Sentral, with a pay range of RM4,00.00 – RM4,500.00 monthly.
